RAIN

I love RAIN when it comes to music.Wonder what? IT's the RAin of the Beatles".
There are other acts who respectfully attempt to replicate a subset of the Beatles music, but only RAIN can perform the full range of the Beatles discography live onstage, including the most complex and challenging songs that the Beatles themselves recorded in the studios but never performed for an audience. No other rendition of the Fab Four's music comes close to this level of performance, which has taken years of mastery and attention to detail that is unmatched. From the early days of their appearance on the Ed Sullivan show in 1964, through the Sgt. Pepper era and on to the Abbey Road years, RAIN's performance captures it all flawlessly.
So, i am gonno catch with the Beatles of rain now...Why you also try?

My answers--part2

• The process of breaking of heavier compounds into smaller compounds is called cracking.
• Hence the crude petroleum consists of higher and lower weight compounds.
• These compounds are separated at various stages in a fractional distillation column.
• At first the separation process is made to happen.
• In the lower components separating stage, the components are separated by means of a fractionating column.
• The lower gasoline products like butane, pentane, n-hexane are separated out.
• The higher value /weight components are subjected to a process known as catalytic cracking.
• In this catalytic cracking, the components are separated by means of their difference in the boiling point.
• After the catalytic cracking is over, it is subjected to a distillation process in a distillation column.
• After the distillation process is over, unit processing occurs in which gases like sulphur are removed out.
• The removal of sulphur is a very important process.
• The catalyzed compounds are subjected to catalytic refining.
• The high commercial value gases are also processed at this time.
• After this, the liquid fuel extraction occurs and the higher molecular substances are also separated out.

My answers--part1.

Here comes the second subject “instrumentation in petrochemical industries”…

Another dry (sorry, driest subject)...
Here are the answers I wrote in my exam paper…I was totally surprised to see my mark 38 upon fifty while I concluded that I will flunk after coming out of the exam hall…
This post of mine is divided into three parts….
Q1) Discuss the refining process of crude petroleum in detail with necessary block diagrams.
Got ten out of ten. (Thought she will score off the entire answer)..
This shows the leniency of the professor {. All “Anna University” papers are corrected in this way.}

Refining process of crude petroleum:

• At first it is essential that the crude petroleum is refined.
• The crude petroleum is refined in a fractional distillation column.
• Thus the components of petroleum are divided into-
• Higher and Lower components.
• Lower components being propane, n-butane, pentane and oil gas.
• Higher value components are separated based on their commercial values.
• The higher value components being diesel oil and kerosene.
• They are subjected to various reactions and are thus repeated.
• These are the various processes that are involved in the refining process of crude petroleum.
• There are various impurities that are present in the crude petroleum.

A new world, Blogging..

Half my dreams to be an Journalist is fulfilled through Blogging. At present i gain a lot of exposure through Blogs. It is an eye opener for many people who are amateur writers, provides a path wherein other people read and comment on whatever one writes.
Still if you don't know what is blogging, this will provide you the necessary and sufficient details.
It's the next big thing online! Blogs, short for web logs, are personal journals that users post online for the entire world to read. Think of them as public diaries. Most bloggers update their blogs regularly, often daily, and the date appears above new entries. Blogs cover just about anything: politics, culture, or whatever's on your mind.

Vast, languid subject, indeed.

VLSI: Very Large Scale Integrated Circuit.
My expansion: Vast, languid subject, indeed.
It is said that VLSI is one subject that has got many takers in the post graduate level. Don’t know how people study those drab lessons... My professor chitra (kullan) had bragged once that this subject is not included even in the ECE department syllabus. He consoled us telling that our branch is better in everyway when compared with the electronics branch.Dunno if that crap is true or not. But one thing I understood through these four years of degree is that instrumentation is a mixture of all branches, more precisely “Jack of all trades, master of none”…
This time the unit tests turned quite worst for me as far as VLSI is concerned. I hardly opened the book and mustered courage to face the exam the way it comes. I tried to recollect few things about MOSFET that I had learned in the fifth semester. Thinking of writing a post in blog, I quickly filled the main sheet in about half an hour. . Renganathan takes the subject for us. I am sure he is a person who will top the muddleheaded list…

{Am terribly sorry Renganathan if you happen to read this post}…

My dreams..

Journalism is close to my heart.Had i given a second opportunity to do something other than enginering, i would have definitely taken up this course. I am sure it is a thrilling job and one can get to know about lot of people and also the world.
While many run pillar to post for doing a technical specialization, but i prefer to take up a cool career like this.Hence i tried collecting some details regarding this and i am sure Asian College Of Journalism will satisfy my needs if i take up post graduation.
The Asian College of Journalism is dedicated to the task of producing such journalists. It is a postgraduate college designed to provide students with world-class journalism education adapted to the specific needs of India and other developing countries in Asia. It seeks to prepare its graduates to achieve the highest standards in all branches of the profession, keeping in focus the trend and thrust of convergence in the media, and the consequent demands for multiple skills made on the contemporary journalist.

change the way you work..

No more stretching yourself thin trying to keep up with your endless IT to-do-list. That's the beauty of IT Hosting and Fanatical Support® from Rackspace. They become an extension of IT department, hosting your servers and supporting them around the clock so they stay up and running. You don't even have to think about the servers, let alone do a thing to support them. And that means your to-do-list becomes considerably shorter, so you can hone in on the work you really want to be doing.

The days of you working nonstop just to keep your servers running are a thing of the past—if you want them to be.
